Music Wealth Academy Student Terms

These Music Wealth Academy™ Student Terms (“Student Terms”) govern your enrollment in any Music Wealth Academy™ program (Foundation Program, Full Access Program, or VIP Mastery Program), each provided by 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC. By enrolling, you agree to these Student Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy.
What Music Wealth Academy Is
Music Wealth Academy™ is a structured digital music-industry educational program provided by 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC. Depending on your program level, enrollment includes proprietary curriculum, structured educational resources, instructor-led educational sessions, educational mentorship, instructional coaching, personalized educational feedback, student accountability, and community learning covering sync licensing, music publishing, royalty administration, music preparation, and long-term music-business development.
Live Instruction, Coaching & Mentorship
Music Wealth Academy™ includes live, instructor-led coaching sessions as described on your program's product page (currently offered on a weekly basis). VIP Mastery Program students additionally receive direct founder strategy sessions. Session scheduling, format, and access details are communicated after enrollment. We do not guarantee that any individual live session will be recorded, made available as a replay, or rescheduled, except where the program's own materials state otherwise.
Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the digital curriculum and the weekly live instructor-led educational sessions included with your program. The curriculum is self-paced, and live sessions are offered weekly on a rolling basis. You may attend available sessions according to your schedule. Because students progress according to their own availability and participation, Music Wealth Academy does not require or guarantee a particular completion date.
"Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the applicable Music Wealth Academy program while it remains operated by 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC, subject to these Student Terms, acceptable conduct requirements, and circumstances outside the company's reasonable control. Direct founder strategy sessions (VIP Mastery Program) and community access are provided as described elsewhere in these Student Terms and are not automatically lifetime.
Community Access
Programs that include community access (student community and, for VIP Mastery, a dedicated VIP community) are provided as a supplementary educational resource. Community access is tied to your active enrollment and is not a substitute for, or guarantee of, any business outcome.
Program Materials & Intellectual Property
All curriculum, templates, checklists, contracts, recordings, and other materials provided as part of Music Wealth Academy™ are the proprietary property of 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC (or its licensors) and are provided to you for your own personal, educational use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use program materials to create a competing product or service without our prior written consent.
Student Conduct
You agree to participate in Music Wealth Academy™ — including any live sessions, community spaces, or communications with staff, founders, or other students — respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to community spaces or live sessions for conduct that is abusive, harassing, unlawful, or that disrupts the learning environment for other students.
Payment & Financing
Program fees are due in full at checkout unless you choose to pay using a buy-now-pay-later provider made available at checkout (currently Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or PayPal Pay in 4, where eligible). If you use a financing provider, your agreement for that installment plan is directly between you and that provider — 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC does not control or guarantee financing approval, terms, or interest, and your obligation to that provider continues regardless of your program status. Fulfillment & Access
Program access is provided digitally according to our Fulfillment Policy — typically within a few minutes of purchase and no later than one business day. Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Refunds
All Music Wealth Academy™ enrollments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, consistent with our Refund Policy.
Student Responsibilities
Getting value from Music Wealth Academy™ requires your own participation — attending live sessions where offered, completing coursework, implementing what you learn, and engaging with your coach or mentor. Results depend substantially on your own effort, consistency, the quality and suitability of your own work, market conditions, and decisions made by independent third parties outside our control.
No Guarantee of Results
Music Wealth Academy™ provides education, instructional support, and music-industry skill development. Enrollment does not guarantee music placements, licensing opportunities, royalties, income, representation, career advancement, or any other specific result. Student outcomes vary based on participation, the quality and suitability of the student's work, market conditions, and decisions made by independent third parties.
