Elijah Whitesides (Candyman) is a composer, producer, songwriter, engineer, entrepreneur, and music business educator dedicated to helping artists, producers, songwriters, and composers build profitable, long-term careers in the music industry. As the Founder & CEO of 6 Figure Sync Pro’s and Co-Founder of Music Wealth Academy™, Elijah has built strategic relationships throughout the television, film, and music industries while mentoring creators on sync licensing, publishing, royalties, and music business development.

His work has contributed to placements across every major U.S. television network, with music featured in productions for NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, BET, MTV, VH1, Bravo, HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, and many other leading entertainment platforms. His experience also includes projects involving Dave Chappelle, Kanye West, J. Cole, Erykah Badu, Lyfe Jennings, The Fugees, and numerous other respected artists and entertainers.

Kevin Barnes is a music producer, composer, entrepreneur, and music industry educator with decades of experience across television, commercial music, artist development, and sync licensing. As the Founder of Placement Profits and Co-Founder of Music Wealth Academy™, Kevin has helped thousands of producers build profitable music businesses by combining creative excellence with proven business strategies.

His production and composition credits include work with Chris Brown, Tank, Rodney Jerkins, Mario, and placements across major television networks and hit programs including MTV, VH1, E!, Access Hollywood, Making the Band, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Rob & Big, Love & Hip Hop, and the official theme song for the Portland Trail Blazers.

Kevin is passionate about helping producers bridge the gap between creativity and entrepreneurship by teaching the systems, strategies, and mindset needed to build sustainable careers through music.

Edwin Chisley
