This Fulfillment Policy explains how you receive access to what you purchase from 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC, including Music Wealth Academy™ educational programs, Artist Services, Song & Sync Packages, and any payment plan or financing option you choose at checkout.
Digital Programs (Music Wealth Academy™)
Music Wealth Academy™ programs are delivered digitally. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your program's training materials, coaching schedule, and any private community associated with your membership level, typically within a few minutes of purchase and no later than one business day. Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout — please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it, and contact us if you have not received access within one business day. No physical items are shipped for Music Wealth Academy™ programs. Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the digital curriculum and the weekly live instructor-led educational sessions included with your program. The curriculum is self-paced, and live sessions are offered weekly on a rolling basis; you may attend available sessions according to your schedule, and Music Wealth Academy does not require or guarantee a particular completion date. The company's initial digital-delivery obligation is fulfilled when your program-access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout. The company's ongoing instructional obligation is fulfilled by continuing to make the included weekly educational sessions available on the published or communicated schedule; students choose which available sessions to attend based on their individual availability. "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the applicable Music Wealth Academy program while it remains operated by 6 Figure Sync Pro's LLC, subject to the Student Terms, acceptable conduct requirements, and circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.Artist Services (Custom Creative Work)
Services such as mixing and mastering, custom beat production, and cover art design are custom deliverables completed after purchase. Typical turnaround time depends on the specific service and current project queue, and will be communicated to you after purchase or is noted on the product page. Completed files are delivered digitally, typically via email or download link.Song & Sync Packages
Song Packages (1 Song, 5 Song, and 10 Song Packages) are custom creative deliverables that include song production, professional mixing and mastering, cover artwork, sync licensing agreements, and sync placement tracking, as described on each package's product page. Because these packages involve original creative work performed after purchase, delivery timelines depend on the specific package and current production queue, and will be communicated to you after purchase. Sync licensing agreements and placement tracking are administrative services tied to the songs delivered under your package — they do not guarantee that any song will be placed, licensed, or generate income.Payment Plans & Financing
Where a buy-now-pay-later or financing option is offered at checkout (see our BNPL Information page for current providers), selecting that option does not change when you receive access — digital programs and services are still fulfilled according to the timelines described above. Your installment agreement is directly between you and the financing provider, separate from our fulfillment of your order.
